Everyone need those quick and easy go-to recipes that will ensure that everyone's mouths water, but will take very little time and energy to make. This recipe promises to wow your guests and keep them coming back for more.

What you will need:
4 bar ones
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 TBLSP cocoa
5ml vanilla essence
2 eggs
1 cup boiling water
1 tub cream

You start off by melting the cream & 2 chopped up bar-ones together, this will form the sauce that you use at the end.

Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Next, mix all the wet ingredients together and add it into the dry ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into a greased oven proof dish. Cut up the last 2 bar-ones and randomly scatter into the mixture.
Microwave the mixture on high for 6 minutes.

I like poking the whole baked brownie full of holes before I pour over the sauce, as if helps the brownies absorb all the chocolaty goodness.
Serve immediately while it’s still hot with some ice cream to break some of the sweetness.

  1. Hi There,

I found this blog via your Ikea post however, this caught my attention. We are having a "come dine with me" type cook-off this weekend, was going to make something else but this looks much easier and fancier. Im very nervous about baking cake in the micro..any tips? Lol, was going to make Bar-one fridge cheesecake but omg, all the ingredients are abit off-putting for a non baker!

    Awesome blog btw.:)
